Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day demonstrates a unique method of bread making developed by co-authors Jeff Hertzberg and Zoë François. In the Introduction chapter of the book, they reveal their 'secret' on how five minutes of preparation time will produce freshly baked bread every day.

Ingredients, Equipment, Tips and Techniques

  • The Tips and Techniques chapter provides useful information on baking good quality breads, how to store breads and resolve baking problems.
